Since mirrors are highly fragile, we take extra time to thoroughly inspect and protectively crate each item using customized, heavy-duty shockproof foam packaging before handed over to carriers. Q: My mirror arrived broken or shattered. What should I do? A: While we pack our mirrors with extreme care inside heavy-duty drop-tested boxes, rough transit handling can occasionally happen. Please do not worry, your purchase is 100% covered. Take a quick, clear photo of the broken mirror showing the damage along with the shipping label on the box, and contact us immediately at [Your Support Email]. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund right away.

All our wall-mounted and full-length hanging mirrors come equipped with pre-installed sturdy metal hooks or D-rings on the back frame, along with the necessary screws and wall anchors to make your installation process safe, secure, and straightforward.

Q: How should I clean and care for my Arquenza mirror? A: To preserve the crystal-clear reflection and frame finish, wipe the glass surface gently with a soft microfiber cloth slightly dampened with warm water or a specialized mild glass cleaner. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the frame edge or using harsh chemical abrasives, which could degrade the reflective backing over time.
